Two charming mini cookbooks by Carlo Middione. He's the owner of Vivande Porta Via restaurant in San Francisco that has been there for more than 25 years. He's a wonderful cook! These books are about 6 inches wide. Some recipes are from his collection and some are brand new. Pasta with sauce and pasta other ways... He quotes Sophia Loren, "Spaghetti can be eaten successfully if you inhale it like a vacuum."
