SAN JOSE, Calif. (KCBS) -- Authorities in Santa Clara County are asking for the public's help in identifying a man whose body was found in the foothills of San Jose last weekend.
The body was found Nov. 15 above Boulder Ridge Golf Course in the Almaden area.
The county medical examiner can not determine his race, and attempts to identify the man through fingerprint data have not been successful. No other forms of identification were available.
The dead man is described as having short hair or a shaved head and stubble on his chin. He has a tattoo (pictured left) of a bull with red horns and the world "Taurus" written above. He was found shirtless, but a black T-shirt was found near his body.
The coroner says the decedent's teeth were in reasonable condition, but due to the state of decomposition, any further description is not available.
Anyone with information related to the identify of the body is urged to contact the Santa Clara County Medical Examiner's Office at (408) 793-1900.
