Cheese & Wine: A Guide to Selecting, Pairing, and Enjoying

Montenebro is a pasteurized goat's milk cheese from Spain.  I've never heard of it.  There's a lot to learn in this book.  Janet writes about cheese regularly in the Chronicle and matching cheese with wine (plus she's married to a great winemaker!).  This is a nice book that divides cheese by type: cow's milk, goat's milk, sheep's milk, mixed, other, and bleu;  and she pairs them with wine. Learn how to use them, what they're like...  I think you're really going to enjoy this one.
