This is a delicious new book written by Barbara Passino who's the owner of Oak Knoll Inn in Napa Valley.  The chocolate tacos sound delicious!  Chile "un-rellenos" because they're not stuffed, layers of flavor with caramelized peaches with dulce de leche, chocolate papaya tamales with mango mint salsa, another menu with an Asian touch, a French connection, and even Moroccan flavors.  She offers varieties from around the world. Plus tips for what to have in your pantry.
