Smuin Ballet - Spring Campaign 2008
Smuin’s campaign utilized an integrated on-air and on-line campaign for 4 weeks beginning in late April on KCBS All News and KCBS.com.
Smuin’s marketing objective was to build brand awareness and sell tickets for the Spring Season “Dancing with Gershwin” performances throughout the Bay Area including San Francisco, Walnut Creek, Mountain View and Carmel.
KCBS All News listeners and on-line users responded by either calling for tickets and information or by logging in on-line at SmuinBallet.org.
Campaign also included a Listener Appreciation On-Air and On-line Promotion with ticket giveaways to all performances.
Reportedly, sales tripled the first week and web metrics showed a tremendous increase. Throughout the campaign leads for sales both on-air and on-line were tracked and KCBS All News and KCBS.com delivered outstanding results and exceeded expectations.
Smuin Ballet will return with a campaign on KCBS All News when the Fall season begins.
