Do Blueberries Make You Smarter?

"Rats Eat Blueberries, Get Smarter"

Like many other fruits, blueberries are rich in nutrients like flavonoids, which have been linked to all sorts of health benefits. A recent study found blueberries reversed age-related memory in rats.  I was at a nutrition conference recently, and every scientist that was there said they had a case of blueberries in the freezer.  Mix them with some orange juice and puree them in the morning; sprinkle them in your cereal; find some way to get them in your diet.  We keep getting more reports that verify that blueberries really are brain food.
