This is a very appealing quarterly magazine.
The winter 2008 issue Includes edible events, notable edibles, seeds from Southeast Asia, menu for a wild winter day, article on fennel, cooking with walnuts, lots of great photographs, and tips from the Bay Wolf chef Louis Le Gassic.
This is a magazine well worth reading!
