Giant ATM Stands at SF City Hall as Protest

SAN FRANCISCO (KCBS)  -- Anti-tax protestors put up a giant ATM machine in front of San Francisco City Hall Monday to protest state budget cuts.

Members of the fiscal conservative group, Americans for Prosperity, urged Californians to oppose any and all proposals to raises taxes to balance the budget. Enough is enough says spokesman David Spady.

Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger announced last week that the state was facing a $15.2 billion deficit in the fiscal year that starts July 1. He proposed more than $12 billion in spending cuts to help close the gap, but tax hikes remain on the table.
