This is a delicious new cookbook!  I've never seen a book laid out this way.  There are four chapters - each one deals with a collection of spice and herbs.  The first one deals with Asian basils, banana leaves, flowers and stems, etc.  One of the major tenets of the books is that fragrance is an element often overlooked. 

The preface is written by David Thompson, one of the all-time great chefs in Australia - I had the pleasure of tasting his food on my last trip.

The book is large and the pages are so beautiful you have to check it out!
