How Good is Fish Oil?

There are some interesting claims by manufacturers of food products: they say yogurt boosts your brain, soy milk supports heart, brain and eye health, etc.  Well, the final report isn't in yet. But it seems almost everyone agrees that eating two portions a week of fatty fish is really good for your health.  Salmon are at the top of the list.  Then sardines, Pacific oysters, and Mackerel.  These are at the top of the list.
