This new book is wonderful! I have no idea how she manages to produce so many books - this is her 21st book! It's a compendium of one-plate salad meals with mix and match dressings. I love the collections of oils and vinegars. She includes leafy salads, raw and cooked, classic, bean, from the sea, and poultry and meat salads.
