1/3 cup hoisin sauce
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
juice of one large lime
2 tsp Dijon style mustard
2/3 cup olive oil
Liquefy all ingredients except salad oil in blender at low speed. Then add oil slowly through opening in top of blender with blender still running at slow speed.
Use as a dressing for cold poached chicken breast, or as a basting sauce in the last few minutes of charcoal grilling either chicken or fish.
