Here's a new gadget for your stand mixer. I have the 5-quart KitchenAid, but this is not just for KitchenAid. It's called Beater Blade +. If you have a stand mixer, you'll know there's a part at the bottom that never gets incorporated. This one has a molded blade designed to fit whatever model you have. It continuously scrapes while mixing.
