Paul Dolan Vineyards

2007 Sauvignon Blanc

Classic, fine herbacious, weedy aroma / Absolutely perfect, lite balance on the palate.  Crisp, clean finish, an elegant wine with enough spiciness to linger long on the taste.

A fine value $18.00

2006 Zinfandel
63% Mendocino County, 37% Amador County

Medium red color / fresh raspberry aromas with a spicy, brambly touch.  Firm tannins on the palate with a fine, light balance.  This is a splendid food wine.  Plenty enough fruit without tasting like plum juice.  Yes, it is possible to make a Zinfandel that can be served with food. Drinkable now, but will develop for a few years.  $20.00
