Blue Cheese since 1926 (84 years!)
Blue Cheese with pear and blue cheese with cranberries. Absolutely delicious. Don't need to wait for dessert. Spread this on your favorite cracker for an instant hors d'ouevere. A smooth, creamy texture and flavor. Little bits of pear or cranberry are mixed in with the cheese, which is shaped like a stick of butter ... very convenient. Also tasted the straight, crumbled Rosenborg Blue Cheese. It's a really sharp, delicious flavor and ready to simply spinkle onto a salad. An unusual and delicious touch sprinkled on warm freshly cooked broccoli.
