2008 Pacific Coast Oyster Wine Competition
It was really tough duty to select the best oyster wines. This is an annual event that's fun and also provides great information on which white wines are best with oysters.
We had to judge 20 different wines and how well they went with oysters. This year, all but two were Sauvignon Blancs. It's limited to the Pacific Coast so California and Oregon really dominated.
