Here's an update on a classic cookbook with the Good Housekeeping seal of approval. Good if you're looking for a basic book on everyday, normal cooking without getting into exotics. You don't have to be a professional chef to put together an easy week night meal. I was intrigued... it's a large enough volume to be your only cookbook - like an encyclopedia of normal, everyday food for Americans.
