This is a delicious new cookbook!  You might recognize the name LeFavour.  Her father, Bruce LeFavour, had a restaurant in Napa Valley.  So she grew up surrounded by the food of a great chef.  She brought steaks down to a human level that any of us can use in our regular kitchen.  It's not only the steaks but also the accompaniments.  She divides the steaks into different chapters:  American, Bistro, Latin, and Far East steak.  The names of some of these dishes make me want to go into the kitchen and start cooking now!
