This documentary tells the tale of the mysterious, highly secretive ratings board..those who determine what rating a film will receive. Director Kirby Dick has done a superb job in keeping the information flowing and the entertainment high as we hear from directors about the process as well as follow some private investigators as they search for the raters. It is a very rare look into one of the most corrupt parts of the fim business.
