This company makes a different kind of pasta out of a special kind of tofu! Their factory is in the east bay with employees from Harbin, China.
Teriyaki Pasta / Organic Tofu sliced 1/4" wide; linguini with teriyaki flavor. We simply tossed with some sauteed veggies and it was utterly delicious.
Red Quinoa Salad: sprouted quinoa seeds with a mildly spicy, peppery flavor with bits of pressed tofu, corn, red and green jalapeno.
