VALLEJO, Calif. (KCBS)  -- Ferry commuters could wind up paying part of the bill to pull the city out of bankruptcy. The city council is scheduled to hear public comments Tuesday on whether to increase the cost of a monthly ferry pass from $270 to $350.

Lines and routes on the Vallejo Transit bus system could also be cut, where fares could also go up fifty cents.
