NCAA Tournament: In San Jose, March Madness continues on Saturday at the HP Pavilion where the next round of the NCAA tournament will get underway at 12:20pm. Expect crowded surface streets around the arena and heavy traffic exiting Hwy. 87 at Julian St. and Santa Clara St.
Anti-War Rally: In San Francisco on Saturday, a rally and march will get underway beginning at the Civic Center Plaza at noon. The march will leave the Civic Center on Larkin, head to O'Farrell and onto Market St. before looping back to the Civic Center. Traffic will be re-routed and subject to delays.
"J" Church Track Work: In San Francisco, track work will continue all weekend until early Monday morning on the Muni's "J" Church line. Church and 18th St. along with San Jose Ave and 30th St and
Church and 30th will see track replacement work. MUNI will run bus shuttles between Church and Duboce and Balboa Park Station during construction.
