SAN JOSE SHARKS: Hockey action as the Sharks host the Penguins at the Shark Tank (aka HP Pavillion). Game time is 7:30pm Saturday. Expect thick traffic on Hwy 87 as well as city streets like Julian, Santa Clara St. and The Alameda.
SAN FRANCISCO VETERANS DAY PARADE: This annual parade gets underway at 11am and heads North on 2nd to Westbound Market St, heading toward City Hall on McAllister, then Polk St. out to the reviewing stand. It should wrap up by 2:30 but expect traffic delays along the parade route.
49ers Football: The 49ers are home hosting the Titans this weekend. Kick-off Sunday at Candlestick is 1:15pm. Expect the usual heavy conditions at the Bay Bridge, the I-80 Skyway and Hwy 101 accessing Candlestick Park, both before and after the game.
