CUPERTINO, Calif. (KCBS) -- The next generation of the iPhone is expected to hit the stores this summer, and the internet buzz is that it could cost less than $200.
AT&T will subsidize $200 of the purchase price reducing the cost for consumers to $199, according to a story posted by Fortune.
The new phone will likely access AT&T 3G data network, which would mean faster downloads, according to technology analyst Rob Enderly of the Enderly Group.
So far, neither Apple nor AT&T is commenting on the reports of a new, cheaper iPhone.
