SAN FRANCISCO (KCBS)  -- Congressional Democrats are expected to revive their efforts to pressure President Bush about Iraq tomorrow. Some members of the Bay Area’s Congressional delegation agree that it’s time to turn up the heat.

Barbara Lee of Oakland is in support of bringing U.S. troops out of Iraq in six months. She also is in favor of legislation in the House that would repeal the authorization given to Bush to use military force in Iraq.

Representative Jerry McNerney said he wants straight answers from the Bush Administration. He also said he is worried Bush is seriously considering bombing Iran.
