McWilliams Wine

McWilliams Hanwood Estate 2007 Chardonnay

A pale straw color with aromas of peaches and melon that continues onto the palate.  There is just a touch of sweetness to mellow out the flavor.  A pleasant, uncomplicated wine to just have a glass of at a very nice price.  $12.00

McWilliams Hanwood Estate 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon

Deep rich garnet color with appealing herbal aromas under a cover of ripe raspberries.  Vanilla from the oak barrels.  Clean, dry, firm on the palate with just enough tannin for a nice mouthfeel, but overall a soft, pleasant, easy to drink red wine for summer.  Nice price $12.00
