One of San Francisco's finest and most famous French chefs, Hubert Keller, wrote this new book.  He has a successful burger place in Las Vegas and is planning to open one in SF.  He already has the famous restaurant Fleur de Lys in San Francisco.

He presents more meaty burgers, burgers from the sea, burgers from the garden, different sauces, etc. The big beef burger seems to be stacked a mile high!  And for the grand finale... I thought, why would he combine meat with strawberries? Well, that's not meat, that's chocolate ganache with strawberries, kiwi and mangoes.  It looks terrific!
