We had a delicious dinner at Scala's Bistro.
BRUSCHETTA
DUCK PROSCIUTTO, THINLY SLICED SUMMER PEACHES, BLACK PEPPER MARSCAPONE, MICRO MINT
This unusual combination was so good I would've made a whole meal out of it!
ORECCHIETTE & ITALIAN SAUSAGE
SPICY CALABRIAN SAUSAGE, DE CICCIO BROCCOLI, OLIO VERDE, PARMIGIANO REGGIANO
This has been my long-time favorite!
GOAT CHEESE & SPRING GARLIC PANSOTTI 17.00
FAVA BEANS, TARRAGON, PANCETTA, PARMESAN VEGETABLE BRODO
Served open face - absolutely right on!
CHOCOLATE IV
We couldn't resist this dessert but had to share it three ways because it's so rich!
