The Fifth Annual Health Etc was held Saturday, September 26, 2009 at the spacious San Francisco Concourse Exhibition Center. A full agenda of health issues were explored through speeches, expert panels, seminars, and interactive exhibits. Attendees were given direct access to health experts and professionals.
Today, we all have Questions: Health Care? Weight? Diet? Fitness? The Fall Flu Pandemic? Diabetes? Hypertension? Heart? Stress? Joint Pain?

This year's Keynote Speaker was Dr. Sanjay Gupta, chief medical correspondent for the health and medical unit at CNN. Gupta, a practicing neurosurgeon and an assistant professor of neurosurgery, plays an integral role in the network's medical coverage, which includes lead reporting on breaking medical news, regular health and medical updates for American Morning, anchoring the half-hour weekend medical affairs program House Call with Dr. Sanjay Gupta and reporting for CNN documentaries.
In January, when President-elect Obama was putting together his cabinet choices, many felt Sanjay
Gupta offered the best perspective on leading the nation’s health initiatives as Surgeon General. Dr. Gupta, ultimately, decided to continue his work as a journalist and surgeon. When KCBS needed a Keynote delivered for this year’s Health Etc 2009, we looked no further than Dr. Sanjay Gupta.
