Robin writes on food and travel. I remember her when she was a teenager helping out for fundraising events for the Berkeley Rep.  This is a really charming book. She says she got tired of using prepared, freeze-dried foods when she went camping and thought it was time for a cookbook that had easy-to-make camping dishes using fresh, decent products.  Includes recipes for a basic barbecue spice rub and chipotle turkey burger that sounds delicious!
