2007 Saralee's Vineyard Roussanne
Medium straw color. Rich fruit aromas of apricots lead to a mouthful of dry earthy flavors. A minerally component fills the palate with a firmness that makes this clearly a food wine. A rich Bouillabaise or any fish dish with a tomato sauce. Or how about a seafood pasta... perfect. Only 100 cases. $26.00
2007 Saralee's Vineyard Pinot Noir
Medium deep crimson red color / clearly violets and ripe deep red or black berries on the aroma. A dry, austere medium light wine with an elegant touch. A substantial amount of tannin means it will develop for several years into a nicely balanced and complex wine. Only 75 cases (3 barrels) $38.00
