Joe Salvatore began working in Bay Area radio in high school and has focused on sports reporting since 1993. He has covered the San Francisco Giants, Oakland Athletics, San Francisco 49ers, Oakland Raiders, Golden State Warriors, and San Jose Sharks, as well as the many Division 1 NCAA teams in the area for local and national radio networks such as CBS, Associated Press, SportingNews, Westwood One, and Mutual and has covered more than 3000 local sporting contests.
Salvatore lives in San Francisco with his wife, Edith.
