V Wine Cellar

Here's a place that has 3,000-3,500 different wines in their inventory! That is remarkable! Back in the days of my restaurant business, I had 1500 and that was pretty impressive back then.
V Wine Cellar ("V" for vintage) in Yountville offers a tasting bar of a minimum of 5 wines daily (they'll open additional bottles) with a charcuterie and cheese plate. They have a lounge with soft, plush chairs.
By special order, they also have sit down dinners.
