SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. (CBS) - Former White House Advisor Karl Rove rallied a crowd of hundreds at the Heritage Foundation Thursday night.
He told the crowd gathered at the Ritz-Carlton that the health care debate is providing Republicans with an opportunity for a political rival - but only if they come up with an original plan of their own.
KCBS' Holly Quan reports
Rove also assailed President Obama for continuing to blame the current economic conditions on his former boss, President George W. Bush.
