KCBS Storm Watch is on the move to Antioch where 2 adults and a baby were rescued from a water-logged apartment.

ANTIOCH, Calif. (KCBS) - There's no let-up in sight as the first big storm of the season hammers the Bay Area.

In Antioch, there's been some flooding on O Street near West Seventh. Two adults and a baby had to be rescued when water poured into their apartment, waist-deep, and now Antioch police are urging everyone who lives on that block O to leave.

It is a voluntary evacuation. KCBS reporter Dave Padilla is on his way to the scene.
