Middle Eastern Breads

Wheat Valley Bakery has some wonderful new Middle Eastern breads.  They're actually variations on Middle East bread.  They've been making lavash that's rectangular, not the traditional round shape.  You can make these easily into wraps.

Try the Original Spinach Whole Grain Pizza and Afghani Bread "Noor" (3/8" thick, only found in ethnic stores, white and whole wheat).

I cut some in little squares and keep them in the freezer and just pop one in the toaster and they're delicious!

You can find the regular ones in most grocery stores (Whole Foods, Safeway, Sonoma Markets, Berkeley Bowl, etc.).
