SAN FRANCISCO (KCBS) -- Polls have closed around the Bay Area and very early returns show most San Francisco ballot measures have taken an early lead.
Proposition A which mandates that the city adopt a two year budget process is ahead.
So are Proposition B allowing supervisors to hire as many aides as they need, Prop C allowing the sale of the naming rights to Candlestick Park, and Prop E which freezes the sale of ads on public property.

City Attorney Dennis Herrera and City Treasurer Jose Cisneros are coasting to an easy re-election victory since they ran unopposed.
