SAN FRANCISCO (KCBS) -- When Deb Levine noticed her students constantly sending text messages in class, she thought why not take advantage of a technology young people are so comfortable with to communicate about a subject that can make even well-intentioned adults cringe, sex education.
The executive director of Internet Sexuality Information Services shared the program she developed with the San Francisco Health Department at conference Tuesday attended by more than 300 health educators, technology experts, and young people.
